Find your Chowdeck orders

Before you begin

• Use a food-business account and have access to the business's Chowdeck setup.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Chowdeck and review the connection requirements shown there.
2. Complete the connection steps presented for your account.
3. Open Orders → Chowdeck to review orders from the connection.
4. Inspect each order's details before using its available status actions.

• If orders are missing, check the connection and the business account first.
• When reporting a missing order, include its reference and the approximate time it was placed.
