Before you begin

  • Pre-orders are shown for eligible non-food businesses with Commerce access.
  • Decide the availability date and payment arrangement before offering a pre-order.

Step by step

  1. When creating a product, review its Pre-order Settings.
  2. Enter the applicable date and payment mode. Complete the deposit setting when the selected mode requires it.
  3. Review the product information and save it.
  4. Open Orders → Pre-orders to review advance orders.

What happens next

You can distinguish pre-orders from your other orders and follow up against the planned availability.

Helpful to know

  • Confirm dates and payment terms before sharing the offer with customers.
  • If the menu is absent, check the account's business type and Commerce access.
