Levah is a product of Northgaze Limited ("the Company"), a private limited liability company registered under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Company is a technology company, not a bank. All banking and payment services are powered and provided by our licensed banking and payment partners.

Levah is a business management software — a SaaS platform that helps small businesses manage operations, sales, expenses, and customer data. We give users the ability to set up a custom e-commerce store and provide a bank account for payment collection.

"We", "Us", "Our" refer to Northgaze Limited. "You", "Your" refer to customers who use Levah. These terms govern the use of our platforms. When you sign up, you agree to be bound by these terms and other relevant policies.

We are a SaaS company providing software that helps businesses perform specific functions, such as:

• Inventory management: add products, specify stock quantity, and track inventory levels.
• Order management: manage sales orders.
• Customer directory: manage customer data.
• Expense management: manage business expense records.
• Staff access: onboard staff with diverse access levels.
• Send Invoice/Receipt: send customers invoices and receipts.
• Website: set up a custom website and domain name to sell online.
• Wallet and banking services: get a business bank account provided by our banking partner.
• Business analytics: track and manage business performance.

3.1. Levah is a B2B platform. You are required to sign up as a business before using Levah.

3.2. After signing up, you must update your profile to access all available features in the free version.

3.3. To complete profile setup, you are required to set up your storefront, including store name, banner, colour, description, and domain.

3.4. The free version of Levah gives you access to a limited number of features. The paid version gives access to a domain in your chosen name and greater feature access.

3.5. The free version includes limited orders management, inventory management, invoices, and a business bank account. Paid plans provide greater access.

4.1. After signing up, you can use Levah to manage orders from your customers, view statuses, and perform related actions.

4.2. You can manage business expenses, whether generated on Levah or offline.

4.3. You can manage your inventory, add products, and create collections.

4.4. Levah allows you to add staff members to your account with different permission levels.

4.5. Levah allows you to import offline business details for holistic business management.

5.1. You will only be able to access the payments feature after you have verified your business.

5.2. We will verify your business within 24 hours, subject to any downtime from our providers.

5.3. Our licensed banking and payment partners power all business accounts and payments on the platform.

5.4. You can add a bank account to your profile for settlements on the platform.

6.1. Our platform is strictly for lawful businesses and transactions. We do not permit usage for fraudulent or illegal activities.

6.2. We reserve the right to suspend, temporarily deactivate, or permanently disable your account where we notice misuse.

6.3. We shall not be held liable for any action taken based on reasonable suspicion of unlawful use.

6.4. You warrant to indemnify us for any loss, cost, or fines incurred due to your breach of this clause.

7.1. Levah is a business management platform. We make no guarantees of customer purchases, sales, or business profit.

7.2. We have no principal-agent or joint venture relationship with any business. We do not control the quality of products on our platform.

7.3. We do not take responsibility for the failure of any business to provide a product or service to a customer.

7.4. We shall not be held liable for any loss of business, profit, or goodwill, except in cases of willful gross negligence.

8.1. We solely and exclusively own the rights to the intellectual property on Levah.

8.2. Your usage of our platform does not confer any right in the platform to you. You agree not to reverse engineer, reproduce, or modify the platform.

9.1. We may terminate your access to our platform without cause or for any reason, including breach of terms.

9.2. We bear no responsibility or liability for such termination.

10.1. We do not warrant that our platform shall be error-free or uninterrupted. The platform is provided "as is".

10.2. We shall notify you of any scheduled maintenance that affects your usage.

10.3. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

13.2. Parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

13.3. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse.

13.4. Final resolution shall be through a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023.
