Before you begin

  • Use an account with access to abandoned carts.

Step by step

  1. Open Orders → Abandoned Carts.
  2. Find the cart you want to inspect and review the available customer and item details.
  3. Check All Orders to see whether the customer has since completed a purchase.
  4. Use the customer's available contact details and your normal follow-up process where appropriate.

What happens next

You can identify an incomplete checkout without confusing it with a completed sale.

Helpful to know

  • A cart is not proof of an order or payment.
  • The menu is hidden on POS-only access.
