Set up a delivery zone

Configure a delivery area, currency and fee for checkout.

Before you begin

  • Decide the area you deliver to and its fee.
  • You need permission to manage shipping.

Step by step

  1. Open Operations → Shipping and open the add-zone form.
  2. Choose Shipping Area and enter the Delivery Zone name.
  3. Select Currency and enter Delivery Fee.
  4. Add an optional Description and choose whether to Show on Web Checkout.
  5. Save and review the delivery zone. Check the relevant checkout before directing customers to use it.

What happens next

The zone is saved with its configured fee and checkout visibility.

Helpful to know

  • If a zone is missing at checkout, review Show on Web Checkout and the selected shipping area.
  • Keep the description consistent with the service you can provide.
