Before you begin

  • Use a food-business account with Reservations available.
  • Add a reservations block to your website for online requests.

Step by step

  1. Open Leads → Reservations.
  2. Select the reservation and review its details.
  3. Check availability with your normal restaurant process.
  4. Update the available status field to reflect the outcome and follow up with the customer.

What happens next

You can track the reservation in its workspace and associated lead information.

Helpful to know

  • A submitted request still needs your operational review.
  • Check the requested date and party details before confirming arrangements.
