Before you begin

  • Have your current password or PIN ready for the relevant form.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings → Security.
  2. For a password change, complete Old Password, Password and Confirm Password.
  3. For a PIN change, complete Current Pin, Pin and Confirm Pin where shown.
  4. Submit the relevant form and check the result.

What happens next

The account uses the new credential after a successful update.

Helpful to know

  • Enter the same new value in the confirmation field.
  • Never include passwords or PINs in a support request.
